LAUREL, Miss. (AP) - The names of 500 people have been drawn from the Greene County voter rolls as prospective jurors for the second trial of Justin Blakeney, who is charged with capital murder in the in 2010 death of a 2-year-old girl.

In February, Circuit Judge Billy Joe Landrum declared a mistrial after there were not enough jurors to fill the seats for the trial. Landrum also ordered jury selection would take place in Greene County. Jurors will be brought back to Jones County for the trial.

Prosecutors say Blakeney told medical personnel the child fell from a stool and hit her head. An autopsy showed the cause of death as blunt force trauma.
