PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police have arrested a 31-year old Hermiston woman on a manslaughter warrant in a fatal, wrong-way freeway crash that killed a 66-year-old man last March.

The state police say Alicia Breckheimer was arrested Monday and booked into the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton.

Troopers say a Cadillac driven by Breckheimer was westbound on March 7 in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 82 near Hermiston when it collided with a Chrysler driven by Robert Henry Baker of Ione, Oregon. Baker was dead at the scene.

Breckheimer was flown to a Portland hospital where she was treated and later released.
