HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) - The Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest stemming from the hit-and-run death of Maury Michelle Flint on Dec. 21.

A separate $24,000 reward also is being offered by the victim’s family.

The Hattiesburg American reports (https://hatne.ws/1lwgFSR ) the accident occurred on U.S. 49, just south of Pocahontas, and Flint’s body was discovered lying in the median.

Flint was last known to have been at a home nearby in Pocahontas shortly before midnight on Dec. 20, and the accident is believed to have occurred sometime in the early morning hours of Dec 21.

The victim’s family, MHP and Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in an attempt to identify the vehicle and driver involved in this incident.
