WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) - A 20-year-old man suffered a severe eye injury in a gang fight that erupted Sunday at a convenience store in Walla Walla.

Police say a gang member was waiting to pump gas while his friends were inside the store when rival gang members showed up and began fighting.

Arriving officers arrested three men on assault and riot charges and another man for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The man with the eye wound was flown to a Seattle hospital for specialized treatment.
