OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City police say a missing 83-year-old woman who disappeared after visiting her husband at a hospital has been found alive and well in Pottawatomie County.

Police Sgt. Gary Knight says Lucille Kilbourn was discovered late Sunday by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office.

Police initially said Kilbourn had been escorted to her pickup truck by security at Mercy Hospital about 4:30 a.m. Sunday and hadn’t been seen since. Knight said officers had “pinged” Kilbourn’s cell phone and showed her to be in an area about 10 miles south of Lake Tenkiller - about 160 miles east of Oklahoma City.
