HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - A one-vehicle accident on the Atlantic City Expressway has claimed another victim.

State police say a 4-year-old boy has died from the crash that happened at about 7 a.m. Friday in the westbound lanes.

Earlier in the day police announced that an adult had died in the crash. Four others were injured.

State Police spokesman Trooper Jeffrey Flynn says all six people in the truck were ejected.

At least three people were flown to hospitals by helicopters. The driver is in critical condition at Cooper University Hospital.

Flynn says it’s not yet clear how many people were in the cab of the pickup or the bed.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
