OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - The Omaha Parks Foundation will hold its fourth “Road to Omaha” 5K race this weekend to benefit city parks and playgrounds.

The race, sponsored by Northwestern Mutual and the NCAA College World Series, begins at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at the Lewis and Clark Landing. Runners, who will be displayed on the CWS video board, will make their way around TD Ameritrade Park during the run.

This year’s run will feature local celebrities, including 2001 Heisman Trophy winner Eric Crouch.

Money raised from the run will also benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which supports childhood cancer research.
