COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Visitors to the South Carolina State Museum can now travel back 65 million years in time.
A new exhibit “Dinosaurs: A Bite Out of Time” is opening Saturday at the museum in Columbia. The exhibit includes 15 robotic dinosaurs and other creatures from prehistoric times.
Visitors will be able to see replicas of the Tyrannosaurus rex and the Stegosaurus among other creatures from the distance past.
There are also a number of other exhibits that are part of the exhibition including a dinosaur that visitors can control and an area where visitors can hold fossils.
