LINCOLN, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say three people were injured, including one critically, in a crash near Lincoln.

Police say the crash happened Friday night when a 2013 Chevrolet Cruz passed Cubbage Pond Road. At a slight turn in the roadway, the vehicle continued straight, leaving the road and going down an embankment. The car struck a deck attached to a home, a fence and came to rest on its side.

The rear passenger was ejected. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The driver and front passenger were taken to a hospital and were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

None of the occupants in the vehicle were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
