WINDSOR, Calif. (AP) - Police say a 15-year-old boy was killed and three other people wounded in a shooting in front of a Sonoma County home where a birthday party was underway.

The shooting occurred early Sunday morning in Windsor, which is about 10 miles north of Santa Rosa. The 15-year-old was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at a hospital.

He was identified on Monday as Nathan Torres, of Windsor.

Authorities say the three other victims - a 17-year-old and two adults, ages 24 and 21 - sustained leg or hand wounds.

The Press Democrat of Santa Rosa reports (https://bit.ly/1rqkWwy) that investigators have not released a possible motive. A man seen leaving the scene in a car is considered a suspect in the shooting, though he has not been identified.
