MITCHELL, Neb. (AP) - Nine people were treated for injuries after the sport utility vehicle they were in rolled on Highway 92 near Scottsbluff.

The Scottsbluff Star-Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1sA3H0f ) none of the injuries to the two adults and seven children in the GMC Yukon were life-threatening.

The crash happened Sunday afternoon south of Mitchell when the 35-year-old driver, Kurt Martinez, of Scottsbluff, veered off the road and the vehicle rolled. It slid on its side before coming to a stop.

All nine people inside were taken to Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff.

The children’s ages ranged from 1 month to 13 years.

Martinez was cited for alleged child restraint and seat belt violations.

Mitchell is about seven miles northwest of Scottsbluff.
