PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona transportation officials say two Phoenix area freeways have reopened this morning after being shut down due to separate vehicle crashes.

The Arizona Department of Transportation says northbound State Route 143 had to be closed Monday morning between Interstate 10 and University because of wrong-way crash.

ADOT says ramps from I-10 west to SR 143 and to Broadway will open back up.

Another crash temporarily closed Interstate 17 from Jomax to Dixileta.

Officials say all lanes are now open to traffic and Happy Valley entrance ramp onto northbound I-17 is accessible again.
