PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - A 20-year-old East Greenwich woman faces a drunken driving charge after her car collided with a state police cruiser on Interstate 95.

Police say Nicole Dilello drove her car into the cruiser, which was parked by the side of the highway early Sunday morning while troopers were assisting a disabled motorist.

Police say the cruiser was pushed into the disabled vehicle. Nobody was inside either car at the time, and nobody was seriously hurt.

Police say Dilello refused to have her blood alcohol level tested.

She is charged with driving under the influence, refusal to take a chemical test, driving with a suspended license and underage possession of alcohol.

Two 16-year-old passengers in the car also were charged with underage possession of alcohol.
