BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - The board of the Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Miles City has fired three top administrators, including longtime executive director Frank Lane.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/TsTgeF ) Lane was fired effective June 6 along with his wife and office manager Pearl Lane and their daughter, Pam Colombik, who was assistant director for the past four years.

Billings attorney Eric Holm says the three were fired without due process and he has filed a grievance with the center.

Holm declined to say why they were fired. Interim co-acting director Jeff Regan would only say that all three no longer work at the center and it was a board decision.

Lane worked at the center for 40 years and his wife for 26, the last seven as office manager.
