PONCA, Neb. (AP) - The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission has scheduled a Bowfishing Mentor Program at Ponca State Park in northeast Nebraska.

The program is set to run from 6 p.m. until dark on Wednesday nights starting on July 9 and ending on Aug. 6.

The free program is open to people ages 10 and above. The sessions will cover basic archery, fish identification, water safety and more.
