COVENTRY, R.I. (AP) - Coventry police are looking for a woman and her infant daughter who went missing after leaving for a doctor’s appointment.

Police on Tuesday asked the public for help finding Bethany Richardson and her 7-month-old daughter, Hannah.

They were last seen in the Coventry area around 1:30 Monday afternoon when they left on foot for the appointment. Police say Richardson was heard from at 3 p.m. in a text message, but did not show up for the appointment.

They didn’t have extra clothes or supplies.

Anyone with information is asked to call Coventry police.
