WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (AP) - A felony charge has been filed against a Wisconsin Rapids man accused of selling his neighbor’s Jeep for scrap while the neighbor was away.

Twenty-year-old Justin Braze is charged with counterfeiting a vehicle title, theft and obstructing an officer. A criminal complaint says the neighbor came home earlier this month to find his Jeep Grand Cherokee missing.

Daily Tribune Media (https://wrtnews.co/VbHs23 ) says investigators traced the SUV to an auto salvage yard. The complaint says the yard’s owner identified Braze in a photo as the man who sold him the Jeep for $300.
