SAGINAW, Mich. (AP) - Three men have been convicted of murder for their part in a shooting during a Saginaw pre-prom party that left a 17-year-old girl dead.

The Saginaw News says (https://bit.ly/1qCylC0 ) jurors reached their verdicts Friday afternoon against Isaiah D. Clark, Evellis T. McGee and Karon D. Thomas. The men were convicted of second-degree murder and other felonies in connection with the May 23 shootout that led to the death of Saginaw High School student Tonquinisha “NeNe” McKinley.

The Saginaw County Circuit Court jury also acquitted Keon V. Bowens of all charges.

The murder charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison with the possibility of parole.

A sentencing date was pending for the three convicted men, who each remain jailed on $1 million bonds.
