PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - State officials say repair work from recent flooding has been completed on both Highway 19A south of Centerville and Highway 46 from the Centerville corner east toward Beresford.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation says both highways were reopened to traffic late Friday afternoon.

A two-and-a-half mile stretch of Highway 34 from Howes Corner east is still closed.

Officials say they’ll likely determine when to reopen the area next week, depending on the amount of rain the area receives over the weekend from predicted storms.
