WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) - An indictment says a Maine man charged in the death of a 92-year-old whom he used to do household chores for also stole two rings from the man’s home.

Police arrested 44-year-old Roland Cummings in May.

Investigators say Cummings stabbed Aurele Fecteau (AHR’-ee-ahl FEHK’-toh) to death and burglarized his Waterville home on May 20. Fecteau’s body was found three days later by a relative.
