DETROIT (AP) - Prosecutors have filed first-degree murder charges against two men and a woman they say invaded the home of a 57-year-old Detroit man and beat him to death.

Wayne County prosecutor’s spokeswoman Maria Miler says that 20-year-old Mary Pye and 23-year-olds Diago Jones and Parada Carson were being arraigned Sunday on the murder and other charges in last Tuesday’s killing of Louis H. Morris at his home on Detroit’s west side.

Miller says Pyle faces charges in the killing, while her co-defendants also are charged with home invasion.

All three suspects are from Detroit. Miller says she doesn’t believe the three have lawyers yet.

Miller says the arraignment will be in 34th District Court in Romulus, which handles weekend hearings for Detroit.
