LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - The University of Wyoming is giving potential future students a temporary break on fees.

All next month, the university’s Admissions Office will waive UW’s standard $40 undergraduate application fee for high school seniors preparing to attend college starting in fall 2015.

Admissions Director Shelley Dodd says getting an early start to the college search process allows seniors and their parents to explore all college options and discover UW’s academic and out-of-class opportunities.

While applications for admission must be submitted online by July 31 in order to qualify for the fee waiver, submission of official transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores can be completed in the early fall when seniors return for their final year of high school.
