NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - Four-time champion Caroline Wozniacki has announced she is returning to the New Haven Open.

Wozniacki won the WTA tournament each year between 2008 and 2011. She has advanced to at least the semifinals in all of her six appearances, compiling a 26-2 record at the event.

French Open semifinalist Genie Bouchard, Simona Halep, Sara Errani, and Petra Kvitova also have committed to this year’s tournament, which will be held in August at the Connecticut Tennis Center.

The tournament is adding a men’s exhibition this year, featuring Fairfield native James Blake and former top-ranked Americans Jim Courier and Andy Roddick.
