CASTAIC, Calif. (AP) - For a second day, scuba divers have found no sign of a possible second victim of a boating accident at a Los Angeles County lake.

Sheriff’s Deputy Johnie Jones says divers halted the search in murky waters Monday afternoon but will be back Tuesday.

The body of 52-year-old Rick Tanovan of West Covina was pulled from the lake Sunday after a jet skier reported seeing the bow of a submerged boat sticking out of the water.

Tanovan’s believed to have drowned and authorities say there’s no sign of foul play.

It’s unclear how the accident occurred. Jones says the boat, which appeared undamaged, was pulled from the water Monday for further examination.

The lake is a popular boating sight about 50 miles north of Los Angeles.
