GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) - Naismith Hall of Famers Sylvia Hatchell of North Carolina and C. Vivian Stringer of Rutgers meet Dec. 4 in the ACC/Big Ten Women’s Basketball Challenge.

Hatchell, who missed last year while battling leukemia, leads active coaches with 935 career wins. Stringer’s 929 wins rank second, according to STATS LLC.

Rutgers joins the Big Ten this summer with Maryland, which leaves the Atlantic Coast Conference and plays Notre Dame. Incoming ACC member Louisville hosts Iowa.

Other matchups are: Duke at Nebraska; Indiana at Boston College; Minnesota at North Carolina State; Florida State at Purdue; Wake Forest at Michigan; Virginia at Illinois; Pittsburgh at Ohio State; Penn State at Syracuse; Northwestern at Virginia Tech; Wisconsin at Miami; and Georgia Tech at Michigan State.

The ACC is 6-0-1 in the event.
