IRVINE, Calif. (AP) - Officials say fire broke out in the engine of a Southern California commuter train and the nearly 60 people aboard were moved to the last car.

Steve Concialdi of the Orange County Fire Authority says no one is in any danger.

The fire occurred Thursday morning aboard Metrolink train No. 811 in Irvine. As a result, many other trains in the area are at a standstill and considerable delays are expected.

Concialdi says 56 people, including three in wheelchairs and three crew members, were taken to the back of the train, which has five cars.

There have been no injuries.
