LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities have arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of murder after a fatal shooting last month outside a Las Vegas hookah lounge.

Police say they’ve arrested Preston Emerson on one count of murder, three counts of attempted murder and three counts of battery. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on Tuesday and has a court date on Friday.

Investigators say four people were shot May 11 in the parking lot of the CEO Hookah Lounge after an argument began inside.

Thirty-three-year-old Las Vegas resident Jean Mombo died and three others suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The lounge is located on West Flamingo Road.
