QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say they’re looking for a man who shot another man as he sat in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart store in upstate New York.

State police say Thursday that the victim is a Wal-Mart employee in his 50s who was hit with shotgun pellets fired around 9 p.m. Wednesday outside the store in the Warren County town of Queensbury, 45 miles north of Albany.

Officials say the man was treated at the hospital in nearby Glens Falls for injuries that aren’t life-threatening.

A witness told police that the victim walked into the store after being shot in the torso. His name hasn’t been released.

State police say they’re trying to locate 54-year-old Raymond White of neighboring Lake George for questioning. Troopers say White is known to the victim.
