ATLANTA (AP) - The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues is hosting a public meeting in Atlanta next week.

Officials say the commission will meet Monday and Tuesday at Emory University to discuss ethical implications of neuroscience research and the application of research findings.

Organizers say the meeting is free and open to the public on a first come, first served basis. The meeting will also be live streamed online.

The gathering is expected to feature speakers from several universities, including Emory, Yale, Harvard, Stanford, the Alzheimer’s Association and more.

The meeting is being hosted in Emory’s Claudia Nance Rollins Building.
