DETROIT (AP) - Firefighters responding to a blaze at a vacant apartment building worked to save nearby buildings from the flames.

Crews responded about 4 a.m. Friday to the four-story building. The Detroit News reports flames engulfed the interior of the 20-unit structure.

The fire was mostly out about two hours later. Fire officials say no injuries are reported. The cause of the blaze wasn’t immediately known.
