SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - A worker at a Scottsdale mall has been rescued after getting stuck 60 feet in the air on a scissor-lift device.

Authorities say fire department technical rescue teams from Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe rescuing the unidentified worker Friday afternoon at the Galleria Mall.

Scottsdale Fire officials say the man wasn’t injured.

He told authorities that he was testing the lift when it failed high in the air.

Fire crews used a ladder truck with a bucket to safely extricate the man off the scissor-lift.
