LEBANON, N.J. (AP) - Authorities are searching for an armed bandit who robbed a northwestern New Jersey hotel.

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony Kearns III says the robber had a handgun when he entered the Courtyard Marriot in Lebanon around 2 a.m. Sunday. The robber restrained the hotel desk clerk and made off with an undetermined amount of cash and a safe.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.

Detectives from the state police and the prosecutor’s office are leading the investigation.
