BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Forecasters say more strong storms are possible across Alabama.

The National Weather Service says nearly the entire state is at risk for thunderstorms with high winds, large hail and lightning on Monday.

The area north of Interstate 85 is most at risk from the slow-moving storms.

Strong storms moving across the state late Saturday and early Sunday left around 60,000 homes and businesses without power.

Alabama Power Co. says electrical service has been restored to most customers, but there are still a few isolated areas without power.
