SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - Trial resumes this week for the second man charged in the murder of a man whose body was found in a sport utility vehicle at the bottom of a northeastern Pennsylvania ravine last summer.

The (Scranton) Times-Tribune (https://bit.ly/1ifJ9Qw ) reports that Lackawanna County Judge Terrence Nealon told jurors last week that closing arguments could be delivered Wednesday in the trial of 23-year-old Neil Pal.

Pal is on trial in the death of 24-year-old Frank Bonacci, whose body was found in an SUV on a ledge above Roaring Brook in July. Twenty-three-year-old Jason Dominick was convicted earlier of third-degree murder.

The judge dismissed two jurors last week, saying they referred to their service on social media.

Defense attorneys have not said whether Pal will take the stand in his own defense.
