HONOLULU (AP) - Major renovation work is scheduled to begin Monday on a busy Honolulu road.

Work crews will be replacing 3,800 feet of old water main on Kapiolani Boulevard between Date Street and McCully Street.

KHON (https://is.gd/jW4nZz) says the project means people will have to negotiate around the work along the corridor.

The project is expected to be completed in December.
