ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Rochester have identified the man who was fatally shot over the weekend during an argument outside a meat market.

Officials tell local media outlets Monday that 20-year-old Louis Staples III was shot a least once in the upper body while he argued with another person in the parking lot of Nick’s Meat Market late Saturday afternoon.

Staples was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been reported.
