PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a teenager was shot to death in a Philadelphia apartment over the weekend.

Officials said 16-year-old Antonio Flores was found with a bullet wound to the head in the unit in the Spring Garden section north of Center City at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police said he was taken to Hahnemann Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators said no weapon was found at the scene. They said the preliminary investigation indicates that the shooting was a homicide.
