ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Asteras hung on with 10 men for more than half the game to earn a 0-0 draw against defending champion Olympiakos in the Greek league Saturday.

Olympiakos is now two points behind league leader PAOK, which travels to Ergotelis on Sunday hoping to widen the gap. Asteras is joint fourth, two more points behind.

Asteras forward Pablo Mazza was sent off with a second yellow card in the 42nd minute, forcing the hosts to play defensively in the second half to preserve their undefeated home record.

Also, Panionios drew 2-2 at third-place Veria and Platanias drew 0-0 with Giannena.
