MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - A Moscow mobile home park owner who residents say didn’t provide adequate water and sewer service for more than 90 days last winter has been ordered to pay more than $300 per day until the problems are fixed.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1wnQEPp ) Magar E. Magar is also being sued by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality because of allegations of various water and wastewater violations.

The manager of the mobile home park says the park had problems finding people to work on the water systems because of past dealings with Magar.

Magar, of Vancouver, Wash., also has been assessed penalties in Oregon over alleged wastewater violations at mobile home parks there.
