DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say a woman passenger was killed and two men were injured in a two-vehicle fatal crash in central Ohio.

The State Highway Patrol says a car and a pickup truck crashed around 1 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 36, just east of Delaware in Delaware County. Authorities said 43-year- old Brenda Stephens, of Marion, was thrown from the truck when it ran off the road and overturned after being struck by a car driven by 29-year-old Andrew Miller, of Marion.

The patrol says 35-year-old Richard Stephens Jr., of Marion, was in the right lane when Miller’s car went from the left to the right lane, striking Stephens’ truck.

Both drivers were taken to a hospital with injuries that weren’t thought to be life-threatening.

A dispatcher didn’t know the Stephens’ relationship.
