ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A Florida historic maker is set to be unveiled at the site of the Los Angeles Dodgers famed former spring training home.

Several Dodgers legends are scheduled to be on hand Monday when the marker celebrating Dodgertown is revealed in Vero Beach. Dodgertown served as the Dodgers spring training home from 1948 to 2008. It is the 14th marker located throughout Indian River County designating historical sites.

A total of 26 former Dodger players, coaches, managers, executives and broadcasters who spent time at the facility are now enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Dodgertown presently serves as a year-round, multi-sport training site and conference center used by professional and amateur teams from throughout the world including Canada, China, Dominican Republic, France, Italy, Japan, South Africa and South Korea.
