BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Two North Dakota men have been charged in separate cases for the delivery of a controlled substance near a school.
KXMB-TV (https://bit.ly/1xr19AS ) reports that 29-year-old Christopher Hanson and 19-year-old Brandon Meier have been charged with a Class A felony for delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
Hanson is also charged with delivery of methamphetamine and a Class B felony for delivery of a controlled substance. He is being held on a $5,000 bond.
The station reports Meier also has two other pending felony drug charges for possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in custody on a $1,500 bond.
It is unclear whether each man has legal representation.
