Northwestern signs 2 recruits

EVANSTON, Ill. (AP) - Northwestern has signed guard Jordan Ash and forward Aaron Falzon to national letters of intent.

The 6-foot-2 Ash averaged 16 points, five assists, six rebounds and two steals as a junior for powerhouse St. Joseph in Westchester where Isiah Thomas played. The 6-8 Falzon averaged 15.4 points and eight rebounds as a junior for Northfield Mount Hermon in Massachusetts.

Northwestern announced the moves on Wednesday, the first day of the early signing period.
