DENVER (AP) - Flights out of Denver International Airport are being delayed by about an hour because of snow and deicing.
The temperature at the airport was hovering around zero at the airport Wednesday morning, putting it on track to break another daily weather record.
Denver broke a nearly century-old record for the lowest temperature ever recorded on Nov. 11 with a low of 16. The high on Wednesday is only expected to be 5.
The National Weather Service says the heaviest snow is expected near the mountains and foothills.
