NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say four people were injured after a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the FDR Drive in Manhattan slammed into two other cars.
Police and fire officials say it occurred at 4 a.m. Thursday near East 23rd Street.
The injured were taken to Bellevue Hospital. One is in critical condition. The others have non-life threatening injuries.
Police say it happened when a sedan entered the southbound FDR from the wrong side at East 34th Street.
They say occupants from each of the vehicles were injured.
