TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Head to northwest New Jersey if you are looking for snow.

More than 3 inches fell in Highland Lakes, a trained spotter measured 2½ inches in Lake Hopatcong, and there were traces of snow in Atlantic, Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer and western Monmouth County Friday.

Temperatures around New Jersey are in the 30s and motorists are urged to use caution for slippery conditions.

The precipitation is over, but colder Arctic air is expected to move into the region.
