CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A group advising New Hampshire on implementation of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul law is getting an update just before the second enrollment season opens.

The Health Exchange Advisory Board represents consumers, health care providers, insurance companies and businesses. Members are meeting Friday, a day before enrollment begins again in the online insurance marketplace created by the law.

More than 40,000 New Hampshire residents selected health plans during the first enrollment period, and almost 23,000 more have enrolled in the state’s newly-expanded Medicaid program.
