OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) - The Oshkosh police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with hazardous materials found inside a home.

Oshkosh police blocked off a four-block area Friday afternoon after a “potential hazardous material” was found in a home.

According to a department news release, the man, from Oshkosh, was arrested for recklessly endangering safety and taken to the Winnebago County jail Friday.

Police say the materials were isolated and contained Friday and there was no threat to the public.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has the hazardous materials, which are being analyzed.
