DENVER (AP) - A Denver police helicopter made an emergency landing in a city park Saturday night after a collision with a bird.

Police say no one was injured and the emergency landing was just a precaution.

Damage to the helicopter was said to be minimal.

Police say Washington Park in south Denver was safest location for an emergency landing.
