PASADENA, Calif. (AP) - The former boyfriend of a Pasadena high school teacher has pleaded not guilty to emailing nude photos of his ex to hundreds of students and school employees.

City News Service says David Galvan entered pleas Friday to identity theft and other charges.

He could face more than six years behind bars if convicted.

Prosecutors say in July, Galvan used his ex-boyfriend’s work email account to send nude photos to students and others on the teacher’s contact list.

Police investigators determined that the teacher hadn’t sent the photos because he was out of the country at the time.
